To ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our studio policies.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full scheduled service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Arrival Times

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure we remain on schedule for all clients.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Medical Changes Disclosure

For your safety and optimal treatment results, please inform your therapist of any changes in your medical condition, medications, or injuries before each session.

Safety & Sexual Misconduct Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, or misconduct.

  • Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and future services.

  • In some cases, authorities may be notified.
